Overview
Instructional designers are often asked to update existing trainings. I created this Storyline 360 training in response to an E-Learning Challenge on E-Learning Heroes prompt. I updated and streamlined this government ethics training, both in terms of the look and the feel. I added some interactivity and a scenario to aid in learning.
Problem
Compliance trainings are very important in government work and also often for companies that need to follow Health & Safety guidelines. That being said, they don’t necessarily need to be boring. Workers will learn more if we use adult learning principles to present these topics. I redeveloped this training to focus on motivation and real life applications for the learner.
